DNC One NET is used to transfer or drip-feed NC programs to CNC machines via RS232 port or parallel port. DNC One NET provides the ability to connect using Ethernet or Wi-Fi network, and equiped USB Flash Driver, which give many friendly options.

Some types of CNC can use DNC One NET	It is compatible with all kinds of CNC machines which use RS232 port (or parallel port as Fanuc system 6) for getting NC programs. FANUC Mitsubishi Yasnac Mazak Okuma etc, Note: The DNC drip-feeding is allowed only for machines having the DNC function.
DNC Features	The speed copying files over the network up to 10Mbytes/s. Select the file from the internal memory or from USB Flash Drive. Send G-code to CNC machine via RS232 protocol. Receive G-code or parameter from CNC machine via RS232. Send G-code to older CNC model via parallel port 50 pins. Automatic cutting program. Compatible all kinds of USB2.0 File extention .NC, .TAP, *.TXT are possible. The selected file to send will be remembered in the next transmission (no need to select file again). Display parts count. Display percent of transmitted data.

1. Using data from USB	When installed using USB Host port, the transmitter will point to the data of USB Flash Drive, CNC machine operators will choose to transfer files from USB.
2. Using the internal memory	One DNC NET is designed to integrate an internal memory up to 4GB. Internal memory capacity can be upgraded depending on customer requirements. Meanwhile, the files will be sent to the processing of internal memory via the Ethernet protocol, Wi-Fi, Internet.
The methods of using DNC One NET
1. Using USB Flash Drive	USB connected to the transmitter at USB Host port.
2. Wired connection between the computer and the transmitter - Short distances	Communication between the computer and the transmitter connected together using RJ45 network cable. The distance of connection less than 100m.
3. Wired connection between the computer and the transmitter – Long distances	Use the medial SWITCH after every 100m to buffering signal. Interconnected with RJ45 network cable.
4. Wired connection between multiple computers and multiple transmitters via LAN communication
5. Wired connections between computers using the World Wide Internet and transmitters
6. Wireless connection between the computer and the transmitter - Short distances
7. Wireless connection between the computer and the transmitter - Long distances	Use the Wi-Fi Repeater after every 50m to buffering signal.
