The transmitter DNC ECO is an economical solution with compact design but still provides a full range of features to SEND/RECEIVE programs for CNC machine.

2. Installations:

• Method 1: Insert the transmitter directly to the RS232-C port of CNC machines.

Note: Tighten the screws to hold the transmitter in RS232-C port of the CNC machine.

•   Method 2: Insert the transmitter on the body of CNC machine and connected to the RS232-C port via cable 25F-25M.

Note: The transmitter are equipped with available 02 magnets in the case to be arbitrary installation on CNC machines.

3. Setting parameters:

To enter the settings Menu, press then hold button SET (if not yet plugged in USB), or press the RESET button then hold the button SET (if the USB plugged).

When the screen displays the letters, press the UP button to flip over the desired letter settings, press the button SET to install parameters.

4. Create File Name:

File names are placed in the form: Nabc.xyx

In that:

N: is any number from 1 to 9

abc: are the letters, symbols any, up to 255 characters

xyz: is any file extension, for example: TAP, NC, TXT,…

5. Power supplies:

The transmitter can get the source directly from CNC machines via the RS232 port.

Or maybe power supply by 12V/24V DC 1A Adapter.

Note: at a time just select one way to supplies for transmitter.

6. Send programs to CNC machine:

The operation according to the following steps:

• Plug the USB into the transmitter.
• 7-segment LED display the first digit of the File name.

So there is a maximum of 9 File in the list.

Press the UP button to flip the list File.

Press the SET button to select the desired File.

• The READY lamp lights up is the ready signal to send.
• The operation in CNC machines to begin the transfer.
• Once complete, the transmitter automatically reopens the File selected to be ready the next time transfer.
• If want a different File transfer, press RESET to choose again.

Note:

• If the USB is plugged then the LED flashing continuously the number 0, it means in the USB does not contain the File, or the File name has not been create properly.
• During transmission, if lost connectivity with USB, the LEDs will show the letter E (abbreviation of the word ERROR) to the error message, the ERROR LED will blink continuously.

7. Receive program / parameter from CNC machine:

The operation according to the following steps:

• Install parameters A = 2 to select the RECEIVE mode.
• Plug the USB into the transmitter.

At this transmitter will automatically create a folder named "RECEIVE" in the USB to store the File received.

The files get named: x RECEIVE. TXT

In this, x is the number from 1 to 9999.

The LED will show from 1 to 9, from the Files 10th onwards, LED just show the number 0.

• In the ready state, the 7 segment LED display the number of File receive, at the same time the READY LED will light.
• The operation in CNC machines to conduct export data.
• Press the SET button at the transmitter to start the process.
• After finished, the LED will show the letter F (abbreviation of the word FINISHED).
• Press the RESET button if you want to get the next File.

Note: If you want to transfer files from the "RECEIVE" folder, setup the parameter U = 2
